What to send us
You do not need to have everything ready, but a few details help us give useful advice on the first call:
- Photos of the bathroom, taken from the doorway and from each corner if you can, plus the rough size of the room.
- Whether it is upstairs or downstairs.
- Who the room is for and what they need – for example wheelchair use, a shower seat, grab rails, room for a carer, or difficulty stepping into the bath.
- Any occupational therapist (OT) report or council grant letter, if you have one. This tells us what has already been recommended.
If you are contacting us for a parent or relative, that is fine. It helps if they can be part of the conversation, so the plan suits them.
What happens next?
- We call you back to talk about the person, the room and what they need.
- We arrange a visit to measure, check the floor and drainage and look at the options with you.
- We send a written quote and plan for you to look over in your own time.
